How do I check for old technical data?
If a concentrated test of a system is being performed–i.e., all data on a specific system should be collected over a week timeframe, Xylok can quickly check for systems missing data.
To access, go to the main Client management page (Clients->Client Details or click the client name in the top right of any page). The “Outdated Scans” section of this page will link to a display of machines that do not have scans in the past 24 hours. The time period can be adjusted in this section to fit your names.
