Discussion

Microsoft has released a security bulletin addressing a vulnerability in Open Data Protocol. The Open Data (OData) protocol is a web protocol for querying and updating data. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker would send specially crafted HTTP requests to an affected site. If successfully exploited, the attacker would cause a denial-of-service condition on the affected system.
