Discussion

Microsoft has released a security bulletin addressing a vulnerability affecting supported releases of Microsoft Windows. To exploit this vulnerability, a remote unauthenticated attacker would create a program to send a sequence of malicious packets to a target system. If successfully exploited, this vulnerability would allow an attacker to cause a denial of service condition and compromise the affected system.
