Discussion

Microsoft has released a security bulletin addressing a elevation of privilege vulnerability in Microsoft Windows. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker could allow elevation of privilege if an attacker places a malicious .dll file in a local directory on the machine or on a network share. If successfully exploited, this vulnerability would allow an attacker to execute an elavation of privilege.
