Symantec has released a security advisory addressing multiple vulnerabilities in Symantec Data Insight Console. Symantec Data Insight Console helps organizations improve unstructured data governance through actionable intelligence into data ownership, usage and access controls. To exploit these vulnerabilities, an attacker would utilize various tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to compromise an affected system. If successfully exploited, these vulnerabilities would allow an attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials, hijack the browser session, and launch other attacks.
