Discussion

Microsoft has released a security bulletin addressing a denial of service vulnerability in Microsoft Windows. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker with valid credentials would leverage a malicious application to connect to an affected system. If successfully exploited, the attacker could cause affected systems to become unresponsive resulting in a denial of service condition.
