Discussion
The snmpd configuration files contain authenticators and must be protected from unauthorized access and modification.

Check the permissions of the SNMP configuration files. # ls -lL /etc/snmpd.auth /etc/snmpd.data /etc/snmpd.trap.conf /etc/snmpd.remote.conf /etc/snmpd.start If any file has an extended, this is a finding.
Fix Text
Remove the extended ACL from the files.
