Discussion
BES 5.x only manages unsupported versions of BlackBerry devices. Therefore, all versions of BES 5 are considered unsupported and not authorized within the DoD.
Check Content
Interview ISSO and BlackBerry system administrator. Verify the site is not using BES 5. If BES 5 is being used by the site, this is a finding.
Fix Text
Remove all versions of BES 5.
