Implementation Guidance

The organization being inspected/assessed annually reviews the contingency plan. The organization must maintain an audit trail of annual reviews.

Validation Procedures

The organization conducting the inspection/assessment obtains and examines the audit trail to ensure the contingency plan is reviewed annually.
