Implementation Guidance

The organization being inspected/assessed reviews and updates the rules of behavior annually. The organization must maintain an audit trail of reviews and updates. DoD has defined the frequency as annually.

Validation Procedures

The organization conducting the inspection/assessment obtains and examines the audit trail of reviews and updates to ensure the organization being inspected/assessed reviews and updates the rules of behavior annually. DoD has defined the frequency as annually.

Compelling Evidence

1.) Update records for Rules of Behavior that indicate dates of reviews, updates, and personnel who approve publication.
