The organization being inspected/assessed defines and documents the processing and/or storage locations to be changed at random intervals or at an organization-defined frequency. DoD has determined the processing and/or storage sites are not appropriate to define at the Enterprise level.

Validation Procedures

The organization conducting the inspection/assessment obtains and examines the documented processing and/or storage sites to ensure the organization being inspected/assessed defines the processing and/or storage locations to be changed at random intervals or at an organization-defined frequency. DoD has determined the processing and/or storage sites are not appropriate to define at the Enterprise level.
