The organization being inspected/assessed defines and documents the subjects with which organization-defined security attributes may be associated by authorized individuals (or processes acting on behalf of individuals). DoD has defined the subjects as not appropriate to define at the Enterprise level.

The organization conducting the inspection/assessment obtains and examines the documented objects to ensure the organization being inspected/assessed defines the subjects with which organization-defined security attributes may be associated by authorized individuals (or processes acting on behalf of individuals). DoD has defined the subjects as not appropriate to define at the Enterprise level.
