The organization being inspected/assessed defines and documents the compelling operational needs that must be met in order to be authorized network access to organization-defined privileged commands. DoD has determined the compelling operational needs are not appropriate to define at the Enterprise level.

Validation Procedures

The organization conducting the inspection/assessment obtains and examines the documented compelling operational needs to ensure the organization being inspected/assessed defines the compelling operational needs that must be met in order to be authorized network access to organization-defined privileged commands. DoD has determined the compelling operational needs are not appropriate to define at the Enterprise level.
