Implementation Guidance

The organization being inspected/assessed defines and documents the cross-organizational sharing agreements to be established with organizations defined in AU-16 (2), CCI 1927 authorized to be provided cross-organizational sharing of audit information. DoD has determined the cross-organizational sharing agreements are not appropriate to define at the Enterprise level.

Validation Procedures

The organization conducting the inspection/assessment obtains and examines the documented sharing agreements to ensure the organization being inspected/assessed defines the cross-organizational sharing agreements to be established with organizations defined in AU-16 (2), CCI 1927 authorized to be provided cross-organizational sharing of audit information. DoD has determined the cross-organizational sharing agreements are not appropriate to define at the Enterprise level.
