There are 5 differences between versions v1 r2 (Oct. 28, 2016) (the "left" version) and v1 r4 (April 24, 2020) (the "right" version).

Verify there are no installations of Windows 10 Mobile at the site. If Windows 10 Mobile is still being used at the site, this is a finding.

Discussion

Windows 10 Mobile is no longer supported by Microsoft and therefore, may contain security vulnerabilities.

Fix

Remove all installations of Windows 10 Mobile.
